My ultra short spring break was this past Thursday and Friday. However, I signed up for a Title 1 conference on Thursday. It was a great conference, but dang, on Spring break??? Anyway, on Friday, I dropped Bill off at work and kept on going down to my sister, Sharon's house. We went to lunch, did some light shopping, watched a movie, ate ice cream... super fun day. After dinner, we went outside.

Firestone Park

While I was home, we went to Firestone park to feed the birds. Usually when we go, we only get chickadees to land on our hands. This time, we got nut hatches and tit mice (yep, it's a kind of bird). It was super freezing cold, but so much fun!

My 10th high school reunion was last night. It was so much fun! Some of us met at Applebee's before hand, which was probably my favorite part because we all got to catch up. I was looking through some old pics- we took a pic where we were all hiking our skirts up because this was a popular pose for us at dances, so I wanted a comparison photo. I ended up finding all sorts of fun pictures...

Kristin and Mike got married at the conservatory in Columbus. It was beautiful (and HOT)! Kaden was part of the ceremony (being pulled in a wagon by Lexie).

Kristin asked me to make a sign (with my cricut) for the back of Kaden's wagon...

We went to the Melting Pot afterwards for some delicious chocolate fondue. It was such a fun day!

We spent the day out on the boat- Palmer was very nervous at first and Brin just loved it. We stopped at the beach and took the dogs swimming too- Palmer has never been swimming but did very well! He looked like a little otter!

Kristin is getting married this Friday! We took her to "On the Border" by Easton for some Margarita fun! It was such a fun night! Congrats, Kristin :-)

Sharon and the kids came to visit- unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for the first day. It was rainy and slightly chilly, but we decided to take a rain walk on the beach. We all had our rain coats, umbrellas and warm clothes on. Annika walked right into the water and splashed down onto her belly...
It was waaaaaay colder than it looks...
... and yes, she decided to strip down on her own.

Bill and I went fishing tonight and had so much fun- He caught a ton, I caught 6! very proud of myself!

Brin got really into watching for the fish! She'd stand right by bill and watch very closely...
